When and where personal data is collected

May be collected in candidate analysis processes for company vacancies, as well as during the hiring process of employees and third parties, digitally via email or physically through personal contact;

Regarding the data collected through the hiring processes of employees and third parties, they are exclusively used for formalization and interaction between the two parties for the provision of the intended service;

As for the data collected in the sales process, they are used exclusively for contact, evolution, or formalization of the sales opportunity between client and company. Also in this sense, the data collected during the projects are used with the objective of contact between the parties, constituting the means of communication for the provision of the contracted service to occur.

We may share the collected contact data internally among company employees or consultants for administrative and project execution purposes. Data collected for human resources purposes may be shared with the third-party accounting firm. We do not share or sell the collected data with other third-party entities; we only use it for the purposes described above.

VIII - information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of refusal;

IX - revocation of consent, under the terms of the LGPD.
